Regenerating your Venomous Lizard is required for improving its key attributes, but the process is luck-based. Each regeneration can change its stats, skill slots, and rarity, meaning you have no control over the final result.
While there are 6 possible attributes overall, the following 3 are the most valuable to look out for when building the Venomous Lizard.
Agility is what the core passive skill Infection relies on for dealing damage. This will be your main skill for the Venomous Lizard so high agility should be what you’re looking to roll first.
After this, look for a good Strength roll. We will be building important skills such as Fatal Bite, and Tooth and Claw, which are quite expensive to level up, so good strength really helps.
And finally, Endurance is useful for Counterstrike, so make this your third priority.
Best Skills for Venomous Lizard
For Agility, I’d recommend getting Infection, Angry Roar, and Advanced Counterstrike. Infection is your core skill so this is the one you should focus on starring up first.
The Strength skills you should acquire are Intense Infection, Fatal Bite and Tooth & Claw. All of these are important so you’ll want to get all three as soon as possible.
Lastly, Go for Counterstrike and Intense Counterstrike. You’ll want to get Counterstrike straight after Infection, ideally as this build has two extra supporting skills for it. They will only be effective when Counterstrike is acquired.
Best Hero Pairings for Venomous Lizard
Despite the Venomous Lizard being an overall War Pet, it does work best with Infantry Heroes. In Particular, Goresh and Madeline are the best picks to make the most of the heavy counter-attack damage. Skogul is another good choice but she is best deployed as a secondary to Goresh.
